General Policy 2
Requires developments in accordance with Area Plan zoning to respect site/surroundings in siting, scale, design; not adversely affect amenities, highways, habitats, or adjoining land uses; and provide safe access/parking. The officer assessed the temporary sales facilities as compliant given the site's residential designation, limited scale, safe parking for 4 cars, and lack of amenity or traffic impacts.
General Policy 6

Time limit for commencement
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
Temporary permission and removal
This approval, which relates to the provision of a sales office, car park and sales board as shown in drawing no. 007/007 date stamped 25th July 2008, is valid for a period of four years from the date of the approval or until the sale of the final dwelling within the residential development on the adjoining land that is permitted by planning application 07/02153/B, whichever is the sooner. After that time the development must be removed from the application site and the land returned to its original state.
Recommend approval subject to condition that the portable sales office be removed as soon as the need for it expires
