General Policy 2

Time limit - two years

Timber fencing details
No development shall take place until details of the type of timber to be used for the fencing shall have been submitted to and approved in writing by the planning authority and thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
Boundary wall lowering and painting
Prior to the first use of the car park, the existing wall on the north east boundary of the site shall be lowered to 1 metre in height and shall be painted white.
