In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 3rd June 2008, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

1. This approval relates to the ménage as proposed in the submitted documents and drawings F/1/1 and F/1/2 all received on 25th March 2008.

1. The proposed ménage shall be for private use only and in association with the occupation of Clarum Farm as defined in the submitted plans.

1. On completion of the proposed works, any exposed slopes are required to be seeded in the earliest seeding season. The type of seed to be planted should be discussed with the Department of Agricultural, Fisheries and Forestry. Any seeding which within 5 years from the completion of the development dies, is removed or becomes seriously damaged or diseased shall be replaced in the next seeding season with the same species unless the planning authority gives written consent to any variation.

This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Guidance Note

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.

The proposed development must not be commenced until either;

• The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
• Any appeal has been determined;

Whichever is the later.
