Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the erection of a smoking shelter as proposed in the submitted documents and drawings SM07/142/01, SM07/142/02 and SM07/142/03 all received on 25th January 2008.
- Prior to the commencement of any building operations there must be submitted to and approved by the Planning Authority large-scale (1:20 or better) detailed drawings, showing a mounted cigarette bin within the smoking shelter.

- The external finishes of the smoking shelter must match those of the existing building in all respects.
NOTE This permission relates only to the requirement for planning permission under the Town and Country Planning Act 1999. The permission does not override land ownership considerations nor does it grant or imply consent under any other legislation.
This decision was made by the Acting Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005. Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

The proposed development must not be commenced until either:
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
