Reason(S) For Refusal:
- The proposed replacement door and side panes would detract from the character of the property and as such would fail to preserve or enhance the character of the Conservation Area, contrary to the requirements of Environmental Policy 35.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
