General Policy 2
Permits development in accordance with land-use zoning if it respects site/surroundings in siting, layout, scale, form, design; does not adversely affect amenity, character, road safety, or require services; and provides safe access/parking. Time limit
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

Dropped kerbs
Dropped kerbs shall be installed along the footway in line with the proposed access to Manor Park in compliance with Manx Roads 2.
