Materials approval
No facing and roofing materials shall be used other than materials similar to those used on the existing building.
Car parking provision
No residential unit in the extension hereby permitted shall be occupied until the car parking and manoeuvring areas have been provided in accordance with the approved plans, and those areas shall thereafter be kept available at all times for their respective purposes.
Pedestrian/vehicular segregation
No residential unit in the extension shall be occupied until a scheme to segregate the pedestrian and vehicular movements has been provided in accordance with details which shall first have been submitted to and provided in writing by the planning authority.
