Paragraph 8.12.1 of the Isle of Man Strategic Plan

Materials matching
The external finishes of the extension must match those of the existing building in all respects.
Obscure glazing
The window proposed to the west elevation to serve the bathroom must on installation be fitted with obscure glazing and retained as such thereafter.
