Obscured glazing
The bathroom windows on the rear elevation must be fitted with frosted glass obscured to Pilkington Level 5 or equivalent which must be retained as such in perpetuity in order to preserve the privacy both of the occupants of these rooms and those in the apartment building to the rear.
Window type
The windows must be sliding sash as described and notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (Permitted Development Order) 2005 may not be replaced without the prior permission of the Planning Authority.
Window mouldings
Prior to the commencement of works on site, the applicant must have approved by the Planning Authority amended elevational details which add mouldings above the windows in the front elevation to match those on the adjoining building to the north east.
