In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 4th October 2007, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the plans and drawings 1479/1, 1479/2 and photographs x 2 (1 sheet) submitted and date stamped 7th August 2007 and the window details submitted and date stamped 30th August 2007.
- This permission relates to the replacement of the windows to the front elevation with PVC casement type windows which must have the same glazing bar pattern as the original timber framed sliding sash windows currently fitted to the ground and first floor windows of the front facade. This permission also relates to the replacement of the windows on the rear elevation with PVC casement type windows. No permission is granted for the replacement of external doors which would require a separate planning application.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;

- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
