The application included the provision of a large door towards the end of the north eastern elevation. The applicant wishes to move this further into the building by 4m. The building is well screened from the highway by existing vegetation and as such the proposed relocation of the door will not have a significant visual impact. It is suggested that this change is considered de minimis and that a further application is not required for the change.
