## Department Of Local Government And The Environment ### Memorandum To: Director of Planning and Building Control From: Miss Sarah Corlett, Planning Officer Subject: PA 07/1063 - erection of implement shed and machinery store, Ballamoar Farm (formerly Ballajeroie), Mullinaragher Road, St. Mark's, Malew Date: 2nd September, 2008 ### Relocation Of Door The above application was permitted under delegated powers on 11th July, 2008 with no objections from any parties. The application included the provision of a large door towards the end of the north eastern elevation. The applicant wishes to move this further into the building by 4m. The building is well screened from the highway by existing vegetation and as such the proposed relocation of the door will not have a significant visual impact. It is suggested that this change is considered de minimis and that a further application is not required for the change.
