After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking and on the proviso that this proposal is contained entirely within the boundary of the property. The Applicant is advised that Highway Licences may be necessary for use of the highway during construction.
