Renovation of Buildings in the Countryside
The policy governs renovation of redundant agricultural buildings in the countryside. Time limit
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

Roof materials
The roof(s) must be finished in dark natural slate.
Exterior stonework
The exterior stonework must be of a traditional nature. NOTE: Split stone on a backing render is not acceptable as an external finish.
Retain existing stonework
All existing stonework must be retained as such and must not be rendered, painted or similarly treated.
No extensions or garages
Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (Permitted Development) Order 2005 (or any Order revoking or re-enacting that Order) no extensions or garages, shall be erected (other than those expressly authorised by this approval.)
No replacement doors/windows/roof lights
Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (Permitted Development) Order 2005 (or any Order revoking or re-enacting that Order) no external doors, roof lights or windows shall be replaced (other than those expressly authorised by this permission).
Define residential curtilage
For the avoidance of doubt, the residential curtilage is defined as the area edged in red in Drawing Number SG101.
Do not oppose subject to the imposition of the following condition: Four no. off street parking spaces shall be provided within the curtilage of the proposed residential dwelling.
