In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:
Name: Mrs Corkill Proposal: Erection of a conservatory on rear elevation at: 10 Kionslieu Terrace Foxdale Isle of Man IM4 3JR
which was considered on 1 May 2007, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the plans and information submitted as part of this application and date stamped 7th February 2007.
- The glass in the side elevation next adjacent to number 9 Kionslieau Terrace, must be glazed in frosted glass, to be in situ prior to the completion and use of the conservatory. Such glazing must be retained thereafter.
The level of obscuration used on this elevation must be no less than Level 5 as detailed in the Pilkington’s textured glass range or equivalent.
- There must be no discharge of surface water to the main foul sewer.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;

- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
