No objection subject to no discharge of surface water to foul sewer
Drainage Division raised no objection subject to surface water discharge conditions; Patrick Parish Commissioners objected due to the conservatory's size, boundary proximity, and impact on neighbour access and windows; a neighbour also objected on privacy, sunlight, and property value grounds.
Key concern: conservatory abuts boundary fence making access difficult and large structure against neighbour’s windows
