Reference: 07/00253/B Erection of a covered waiting area, Rushen Primary School, Port St Mary.

The Manx Electricity Authority wish to add the following condition to the above planning application.

There is an underground cable which runs directly under the proposed site of the waiting area and MEA require that either the cable is diverted or the waiting area be relocated clear of any cables.

All work is to be carried out with reference to Health & Safety Guidance Note HS(G)47. MEA will not accept liability for any costs incurred for the above. MEA has been in contact with the applicant and alternatives are being discussed. Yours faithfully,
