Condition 4 of that approval required the submission of a sample of roof tiles to be submitted for consideration and approval prior to commencement and Condition 5 required a revised plan to indicate the relocation of the flue serving the boiler in the utility room to the North East elevation. The roof tile submitted is a Spanish slate and the plans submitted indicate the flue in the position requested. It is considered that Conditions 4 and 5 have now been complied with.
