## Department Of Local Government And The Environment ### Memorandum To: Director of Planning and Building Control From: Fiona Mullen, Senior Planning Officer Ref: PA 07/00095/REM, Reserved matters application to erect a two storey cottage with detached garage, Site Adjacent To Ballachrink Farm, Sound Road, Glen Maye Date: 30th July 2007 The above application was approved on 15th May 2007. Condition 4 of that approval required the submission of a sample of roof tiles to be submitted for consideration and approval prior to commencement and Condition 5 required a revised plan to indicate the relocation of the flue serving the boiler in the utility room to the North East elevation. The roof tile submitted is a Spanish slate and the plans submitted indicate the flue in the position requested. It is considered that Conditions 4 and 5 have now been complied with.
