Approved plans
This permission relates to the installation of a 13m imitation cypress tree mast with associated equipment cabin and meter cabinet as shown in drawing numbers 02164/1, 082/010 Issue A, 082/012 Issue A, 082/013 Issue A, 082/014 Issue A, 082/017 Issue A dated stamped 13th December 2006, Supporting statement prepared by CH2M Hill dated 12th December 2006, Declaration of Conformity with ICNIRP Public Exposure Guidelines dated 05/11/06.
Colour coating
Within one month of the installation of the mast, antennas, transmission dishes and equipment cabin hereby approved, they shall be colour coated in full accordance with details shown on the approved plans and in a matt finish. Any replacement or modification shall be colour coated to match within one month of the works being carried out.
Redundancy removal
In the event of the mast and equipment cabinets erected under this approval becoming redundant they must be taken down along with all ancillary infrastructure and be removed from the site within 3 months of cessation of use and the land restored back to agricultural use.
Stock proof fencing
Prior to the erection of the stock proof fencing, details thereof shall have been submitted to and approved in writing by the planning authority, and those works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
Gabion wall stone
Prior to the construction of the Gabion wall, samples of the stone to be used shall have been submitted to and approved in writing by the planning authority, and those works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
Landscaping scheme
Prior to the commencement of works, full details of a landscaping scheme shall have been submitted to and approved in writing by the planning authority, and those works shall be carried out as approved. All planting shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details in the first planting and seeding seasons following the first occupation of the site. Any tree or shrub which within 5 years from the completion of the development dies, is removed or becomes seriously damaged or diseased shall be replaced in the next planting season with another of similar size and species, unless the planning authority gives written consent to any variation.
