This permission relates to the conversion of the barns to living accommodation as permitted under PA 06/0205 including the re-building of those areas shown in purple and green on plan reference 5C946/P/10-01 received on 22nd December, 2006.
SPMCE (Society for the Preservation of the Manx Countryside & Environment) states no objection to application 06/02243/B on the basis that it regulates detail changes acknowledged in a recent appeal decision, but expresses alarm over the lack of an Agricultural Occupancy Condition on the new farmhouse.
