This permission relates to alteration and erection of a rear extension as shown in drawing numbers 01831/1, 01831/2, 02, 03, 04, 05, 06 and 07 date stamped 24th October 2006 and email from Mr G Oakes dated 15th January 2007.
Materials approval
No facing and roofing materials shall be used other than materials similar to those used on the existing building.
Gate details
Prior to the commencement of work, details of the gate along with a site plan showing the area needed to open the gates shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the planning authority. Thereafter the gates shall be installed in accordance with the approved details.
Do not oppose subject to the imposition of the condition: The vehicular access to the rear shall not be closed off such that it may be used as an off-street parking space in the absence of the garage.
