Time limit for reserved matters

Such reserved matters should form the subject of a single application.

The layout of the proposed flats must comply in all respects with the Housing (Flats) Regulations; and be such that no flat is contained entirely within the basement. Note: No approval is hereby granted to the arrangement of the flats indicated in the submitted application.
