ELEVATION NOTES:
WALLS: New external cavity walls to
ground floor as indicated to receive
vertical cedar of larch cladding. Utility
wall to lane and first floor bathroom to
receive smooth render painted white to
match the existing house.
ROOF: Flat roof over the ground floor
extension to be in a grey polyroof
fibreglass surface with treated timber
boarding to the standing roof deck
area. The new pitched roof to the first
floor bathroom to be natural grey slate
to match the main house roof.
WINDOWS/DOORS: New concertina
doors to new kitchen to be in a grey/
black upvc/aluminium. Window and
door to first floor bathroom to be in
grey/black upvc/aluminium.
RAINWATER GOODS: To be in a
square section black upvc with
matching downspouts.
ROOFLIGHTS: Eos roof windows to
teh new flat roof sized at
1000x2000mm.
BALUSTRADE: To be in a painted
timber or metal. Screen wall to be in a
smooth painted render to match teh
existing walls with a precast concrete
coping stone to top. 1800mm high
from roof deck finish.
