In pursuance of his powers under the above Act and Order, the DEPUTY MINISTER for Local Government and the Environment, following report by the appointed person, does hereby APPROVE the application by Mr Karl Baxter – Conversion of garage/workshop into living accommodation including extension to rear of Garage & Yard at 8 Circular Road, Peel, subject to compliance with the following conditions:-
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- Subject to condition (3) below, this approval relates to the drawings submitted as part of this application, Ref. HLK/03/0146/1A, 2 and 3 together with supporting statement and garden plan, date stamped 19th July 2006.
- The boiler flue and the kitchen vent must be on the garden side of the converted building; an amended plan in accordance herewith must be submitted to and approved by the Department prior to the commencement of any works; the development must be undertaken in accordance with the amended plan as approved.
