Time limit
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
Approved plans
This approval relates to the submitted documents and the Location and Site Plans and drawings SK001, SK/02, WL/05/952/1A and WL/05/952/3A all received on 26 May 2006 and drawing WL/05/952/2B received on 17 May 2007.
Materials
The external finishes of the extension must match those of the existing building in all respects.
Tree protection
No development or other operations shall be commenced on the site until adequate steps, which shall have been previously approved in writing by the planning authority, have been taken to safeguard all trees on the site, or those trees whose root structure may extend within the site, against damage or injury during construction works.
Landscaping scheme
No development or other operations shall be commenced on the site until full details of both hard and soft landscaping works have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Planning Authority and these works shall be carried out as approved... Any tree or shrub which within a period of 5 years... shall be replaced...
Stormwater attenuation
No development or other operations shall be commenced on the site until details of the measures for the attenuation of storm water discharge from the site have been submitted to and approved in writing by the planning authority. The works shall be completed in accordance with the approved details and the office extension shall not be occupied until the works have been carried out.
Parking spaces 35-45
No development... other than those required to provide the access to and vehicle parking spaces numbered 35-45 on Plan No. WL/05/952/2B... shall be commenced until that access and those parking spaces have been provided. That area shall thereafter be kept available for that purpose...
Parking spaces 1-34
The extension shall not be occupied until the vehicle parking spaces numbered 1-34 on Plan No. WL/05/952/2B... have been laid out, and that area shall not thereafter be used for any purpose other than the parking of vehicles.
Travel plan
The extension hereby permitted shall not be occupied until a travel plan for the site has been submitted to and approved by the planning authority in writing. The plan is to contain measurable outputs and arrangements for monitoring... and enforcement...
