Time limit
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
Approved plans - amended car parking
Subject to the other conditions of this notice, the approval relates to the amended car-parking layout as shown on drawing no WL246/3 date stamped 19th December 2005.
Tree protection
Prior to the commencement of any other works, all existing trees shown as being retained on the above drawing must be protected by the erection of stout fencing such as prevent damage by construction vehicles or by the storage of building materials.
Car park and landscaping completion
The car-park and associated landscaping must be completed prior to the occupation of the office extension as such.

Subject to the above conditions, this approval relates to drawings 1325/1, 1325/2, WL/05/952/1, and WL/05/952/3, date stamped 15th July 2005, and PL246/3 date stamped 19th December 2005.
