In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 27 June 2006, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

1. This approval relates to the re-building of the existing rear lean-to annex as shown in drawings received on 20th March, 2006.

1. The extension must be rebuilt in materials to match the existing, ideally re-using stone taken from the extension which was demolished.

1. Prior to the commencement of the development, a sample panel of stonework must be prepared (to indicate lime mortar pointing, stone type and coursing) on

site, for inspection by the Conservation Officer and approval by the Planning Authority.

1. Prior to the commencement of works, a sample of the slate must be approved by the Planning Authority.

NOTE The applicant is advised to consult the Manx Electricity Authority regarding the low voltage underground cable which crosses the site.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

You should note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision being made, along with any correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.

The proposed development must not be commenced until either;

• The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
• Any appeal has been determined;

Whichever is the later.
