The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
Approved plans
This permission relates to the additional use of providing refreshments as shown on drawing numbers 00479/1, GE1021 and letter from the The Gym Ltd date stamped 21st March 2006.
No hot food
The premises shall at no time be used for the preparation and sale of hot food for consumption on or off the premises.
Seating areas only
Those areas shown as seating areas on the approved plans shall only be used for the consumption of food and drink and that no other part of the building shall be used for such purposes.
Sales to gym patrons only
No food or drink shall be sold to members of the public other than to patrons of the Gym facility or their guests.
Restricted hours
Customers shall not be sold any food or drink outside the hours of 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday, 10am -3am Saturday and 10am -1pm Sunday.
Do Not Oppose. The development proposal will cater for existing traffic to the area and should not generate significant volumes of existing traffic.
