Approved drawings
This permission relates to the erection of an apartment building with landscaping and parking and the window and balcony details together with access and ventilation all as shown in drawings received on 16th February, 2006.
Time limit
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
Phasing plan
The development must be phased as described in plan reference 327 received 16th February, 2006.
Windows and balconies
The windows and balconies must be installed as shown in drawings reference 322, 323A and 324A all received on 16th February, 2006.
Landscaping implementation
All planting, seeding or turfing comprised in the approved details of landscaping must be carried out in the first planting and seeding seasons following the completion of the development or the occupation of the dwellings, whichever is the sooner. Any trees or plants which within a period of five years from the completion of the development die, are removed, or become seriously damaged or diseased must be replaced in the next planting season with others of a similar size and species.
Access and parking prior to occupation
No apartment may be occupied before the access roads, footpaths and parking areas have been provided to the satisfaction of the planning authority after consultation with the highway authority.
Retain existing access
The existing access for public service vehicles to the rear of the properties to the east of the site shall be retained.
No balcony enclosure
Notwithstanding the provisions of any Permitted Development Order for the time being in force, the enclosure of balconies is not permitted without prior express planning approval.
