This permission relates to the erection of stables with associated access road, creation of paddocks, dressage arena and fencing as shown in drawings reference 00 and 03 both received on 6th January, 2006 and 01/1 and 04/1 received on 13th April, 2006.
Access closure
The existing access at the southern end of Ballaquane Road must be closed off by the continuation of the existing roadside treatment, once the new access is completed and available for use.

Prior to the commencement of works, the applicant must discuss with the Manx Electricity Authority the high voltage and low voltage underground cables and equipment in the area.
