Time limit
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
Approved drawings
This approval relates to the submitted documents, and shown in drawings EB1 and EB2 all received on 17th November 2005.
Window details replication
The new windows should be in a pattern identical to the original items remaining on the Ground and First Floor to the front elevation of the property, in terms of opening, glazing pattern and framing material (i.e. painted timber). All details such as framing horns and any mouldings in the remaining painted timber sliding sash windows are to be faithfully replicated.
Sample approval
Prior to commencement of any works, a sample of the window is to be approved by the Planning Committee.
Completion timeframe
All works are to be completed within 3 months of the date of the Approval Notice.
