1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

1. This approval relates to drawing numbers 02/1900/01C, 02/1900/03C, 02/1900/05C and 02/1900/04C date stamped the 2nd June 2003.

1. The building must only be used as a sports pavilion in association with the adjacent sports field.

1. No approval is granted to the erection of any fencing on the site.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
