1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This approval relates to drawing numbers 02/1900/01C, 02/1900/03C, 02/1900/05C and 02/1900/04C date stamped the 2nd June 2003.

3. The building must only be used as a sports pavilion in association with the adjacent sports field.

4. No approval is granted to the erection of any fencing on the site.
