In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby REFUSE the following application made on behalf of:
Name: Mr & Mrs Shearman Proposal: Approval in principle to erect two holiday chalets at: Cronk Aashen Barregarrow Kirk Michael Isle Of Man IM6 1HQ
which was considered on 20 January 2006, for the reasons set out below.
Date of Issue: 27 January, 2006 Murray House Mount Havelock Douglas Secretary Planning Committee (Signature)
Reasons For Refusal:
- The proposed development of two holiday chalets in this location is tantamount to the creation of two new residential dwellings in the countryside. - This review has been considered by the Planning Committee on written evidence. Any additional submissions not previously circulated to interested parties are enclosed herewith.

- any appeal has been completed.
Note 2: Rights of appeal against the decision of the planning committee are attached.
Note 3: An appeal may be requested within a period of 21 days.
