The proposed additional use of the dwelling as a tourism accommodation would not run simultaneously with the residential use. I therefore do not see any difference in the intensity of use
between a dwellinghouse and tourism accommodation. I therefore recommend that planning permission be granted.

C 2. This permission relates to the additional use of the dwelling as tourist accommodation as shown in drawing numbers 5051/1/1 and 5051/1/2; letter from Mrs S E Craig date stamped 26th October 2005
C 3. The building shall be used either for permanent residential accommodation or for tourist purposes. The tourist use must be taken up within 4 years of the date of this notice in order for this use to remain valid after that time.
N. The applicant is encouraged to consult with the Fire Safety Department re-advise on fire precautions within the premises.
