The proposed additional use of the dwelling as a tourism accommodation would not run simultaneously with the residential use. I therefore do not see any difference in the intensity of use

between a dwellinghouse and tourism accommodation. I therefore recommend that planning permission be granted.

This permission relates to the additional use of the dwelling as tourist accommodation as shown in drawing numbers 5051/1/1 and 5051/1/2; letter from Mrs S E Craig date stamped 26th October 2005

**C 3.**
The building shall be used either for permanent residential accommodation or for tourist purposes. The tourist use must be taken up within 4 years of the date of this notice in order for this use to remain valid after that time.

**N.**
The applicant is encouraged to consult with the Fire Safety Department re-advise on fire precautions within the premises.
