Approved drawings and tree removal
This permission relates to the retention of the dwellinghouse and detached garage along with proposed extensions to the dwelling and garage as shown in drawing numbers 0213; 03; 04; 05 and 08 date stamped 15th September 2005; 06A; 07A and letter from Terence Devlin Partnership date stamped 6th December 2005. Approval is granted to the removal of only the trees identified for felling by the tree survey Ref (P4148/01/00) approved as part of Planning Permission No. 00/1563 at appeal on 12th October 2001. The remaining trees to be retained shall not be cut down, grubbed out, topped, lopped or uprooted without the written consent of the planning authority. Any trees removed without such consent or dying, or being severely damaged or diseased shall be replaced, with trees and shrubs of such size and species details of which must be submitted to and approved in writing by the planning authority.
Access, turning and parking
