Approved plans
This permission relates to the erection of an extension to the existing workshop and provision of access and parking all as shown in drawings 01, 02 and 03 all received on 30th September, 2005.
Landscaping and contamination surveys
Prior to the commencement of works on site, the applicant must: 1) have approved by the Planning Authority a landscaping scheme which introduces planting alongside the road to provide a more attractive appearance of the site therefrom and 2) undertake such geological and structural surveys so as to ensure that the site is not contaminated and that if contamination is found, appropriate measures are undertaken as directed by the Environmental Protection Section of the DLGE to enable the approved works to be undertaken safely and in accordance with the approved plans.
