The Commissioners have considered the above application and are pleased to approve it but with the following comment that there should be adequate provision for entering and leaving the site. Please note that the entrances to Foxdale school is opposite the site.
The Highways Division of the Department of Transport has no views on the following application, the application having been considered and having no adverse traffic impacts.
NO OBJECTION In principle subject to: 1) connection to public foul sewer with full details; 2) NO discharge of surface water to foul systems; 3) measures to prevent polluting discharges.
No part of the soakaway system must be situated within 10 metres of the nearby watercourse, to avoid pollution.
