Time limit
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
Photographic survey
Prior to the commencement of any works, the applicants are to carry out a full photographic survey of the property to be provided to the Department's Conservation Officer.
Kitchen stone floor sample
Prior to the commencement of any works to re-lay the stone floor in the kitchen, a sample of the reclaimed or new 'make up' stone is to be approved by the Planning Authority.
Hallway quarry tiles sample
Prior to the commencement of any works to re-lay the existing 'quarry tiles' floor to the Ground Floor Hallway, a sample of any 'make up' quarry tiles is to be approved by the Planning Authority.
Roofing slate sample
Prior to the commencement of any works, a sample of the roofing slate is to be approved by the Planning Authority.
Conservation rooflights
No approval is granted or implied to the roof lights as fitted. Conservation Rooflights, 695 x 435mm in size, must be fitted within three months of the date of this notice as it becomes final.
Upper floor finishes
All floor finishes above Ground Floor should be retained and repaired. The detail of which is to be discussed with the Department's Conservation Officer.
Fire sprinkler details
Prior to the commencement of works, details of the fire sprinkler system are to be provided to and approved by the Planning Authority.
Rear windows glazing
The rear replacement painted timber sliding sash windows are to be single glazed to match the existing.
No ventilation vents
No approval is granted or implied for the provision of mechanical ventilation exhaust vents to the elevations. Further detail will be required by way of a planning application.
Chimney stacks details
Prior to the commencement of any works, further detail is to be supplied and approved by the Planning Committee of the rebuilding of the chimney stacks.
