Refusal Reasons

✗The proposed doorway, and in particular the bland fan-light and side-lights are out of keeping with the original architecture and would not preserve or enhance the appearance of the Conservation Area.
✗It is noted that this work has already been undertaken. Accordingly, there should be submitted within one month of this notice taking effect, a scheme for restoring the original appearance of the doorway.
