C 1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
C 2. This approval relates to location plan number 917/01 and photographs 917/02 date stamped received 13th May 2005.
C 3. The proposed new windows must be sliding sash windows with the same glazing pattern as the existing in the front elevation and, sliding sash or casement windows on the rear elevation with the same glazing pattern as the existing windows.
