## Planning Report And Recommendations [Table omitted in markdown export] The appearance of the buisling will remain very similar to the existing and there will be no detrimental impact on the house or on the Conservation Area in general. The replacement of the tilting windows to the front with sliding sash will be more in keeping with the traditional style of the property and will be beneficial. The proposal is therefore considered to be acceptable. ### Recommendation Recommended Decision: Permitted Date of Recommendation: 18.07.2005

C 1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

C 3. The proposed new windows must be sliding sash windows with the same glazing pattern as the existing in the front elevation and, sliding sash or casement windows on the rear elevation with the same glazing pattern as the existing windows.
