Time limit
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
Approved plans
This permission relates to the replacement of the existing garages with two new dwellings as shown in drawing reference 43-01-01C received on 4th August, 2005.
Materials approval - windows
The new windows must be sliding sash, framed in either timber, aluminium or plastic. Prior to the installation of any of the windows, sectional details showing the profile of the frame and glazing bars must be approved by the Planning Authority.
