no objection
Highways Division and Michael Commissioners raised no objection to application 05/00991/B, while two local residents objected citing lack of need for the extension on a small upland farm and concerns over agricultural use conditions.
Key concern: question the need for such a large extension on a small upland farm and potential violation of strict agricultural use conditions

ObjectionI question the need for such a large extension on a small upland farm.; My primary concern is that the enlargement will not lead to any diminution of the strict conditions for the building as enforced by the Planning Inspector and Minister on 4/9/1992. The building has to be used solely for Agricultural purposes.

ObjectionI object to this application as it is not essential to have a extension to this building as the existing building is more than sufficient for a small upland farm like Ballacooley.; It has already had two extensions since it was first erected and looking at the plan this would make it twice the size
