(2) This approval relates to the conversion of the existing buildings into a single dwelling in accordance with the submitted drawings; no approval is hereby granted or implied to the section of replacement fabric (other than in accordance with the submitted drawings).
(3) All roofing must be in dark grey natural slate. (4) All roof-lights must be of "Heritage" style. (5) All windows must be wooden-framed sliding s shes. (6) Any new services must be laid underground, and all soil-stacks must be constructed internally.
(7) The domestic curtilage of the dwelling shall be as defined in red on drawing no. 04/103/02 Rev. A date-stamped 17.5.05; the land edged blue on this drawing shall remain in agricultural use.
(8) Notwithstanding the provisions of any Permitted Development Order for the time being in force, no development within the site may take place, other than in accord- ance with this approval, without the prior approval of the Planning Committee.
(9) Insofar as this approval relates to siteworks, (a) no trees may be felled or topped; (b) sod banks must be retained and, where necessary, repaired; (c) no fencing may be erected; and (d) except for the patio area at the rear, the only paving shall be to the track and the turning area, which shall be surfaced using scalpings.
(10) Subject to the above conditions, this approval relates to drawings 04/103/01 date-stamped 1.3.05 and 04/103/02 Rev A and 04/103/03 Rev A date-stamped 17.5.05.
