No permitted development
Notwithstanding the provisions of any Permitted Development Order for the time being in force, no development within the site may take place, other than in accordance with this approval, without the prior approval of the Planning Committee.
Site works restrictions
Insofar as this approval relates to site works; no trees may be felled or lopped; sod banks must be retained and, where necessary, repaired; no fencing may be erected; and except for the patio area at the rear, the only paving shall be to the track and the turning area, which shall be surfaced using scalpings.
