in addition to approval received (please see approval 20/01301/C), we wish to include art exhibitions, sale of artwork, open studios, visual art, pop up events, Art Education and complimentary activities. Working hours would be same as approved, retail area the same. Most events would take place when there are no other activities going on in the building again as per the previous planning permission. Equally as most of our openings (which draw the footfall) happen on a Sunday, and other businesses on the complex generally aren't open, there is ample on site parking in addition to our allocated spaces.
