Parking:

Visitors would use the existing parking as per previous application (920/01301/C) of up to 6 parking spaces on site, if further parking is required, customers could use public parking next to House of Manannan and in Market Street Peel.

Some studio events (as already listed on the previous application) would include some artists demonstrating techniques, however this would be associated with the event itself. We estimate between 4 and 12 exhibition/events a year, some events would be one or two days and others would be between 3 - 4 weeks for example. The exhibitions don't tend to have a high footfall beyond the opening event (preview/meet the artist) and we would not expect more than 3-4 people visiting at any one time during the run of the exhibition.

Good public transport links are also established which reduces the dependence on private vehicular travel and parking.

Staff & Volunteers:

As previously stated would range from 2-4 and alternative, parking can be sought off site during busier times with a short walk to our venue.

Opening Times:

• Wednesday - Saturday 11-5pm
• Occasional Sundays 10-5pm

Please note these opening times are our intention (and in line with how we have operated for min 2 years) however it was sited in our other planning decision that there was no need to restrict our trading hours which we appreciate, in case this may be needed in future.

Equally, please consider our application in addition to our current planning decision as all information previously submitted remains current and relevant. We cannot stress highly enough the importance of the arts in terms of advantage to education, mental health and the wider economic benefit to surrounding local business (conservatively estimated at £4 to every £1 spent on the arts).
